We built Step Guardian for one reason:
To help parents and caregivers protect the people they love most.

Because this is a safety product that is worn daily, we offer a clear, fair guarantee that protects both you and us.

30-Day Right-Fit Guarantee

Getting the right size matters for comfort and performance.

If your untrimmed Step Guardian insoles do not fit correctly within 30 days of delivery, you may choose one of the following:

Option A — Size Exchange
We will send you a replacement size.
You return the original pair and cover return shipping. We cover the replacement shipment.

Option B — Product Refund
Return the untrimmed insoles and we will refund the product price.

Why untrimmed?
Once an insole is cut to fit a shoe, it becomes a custom item and cannot be resold. For hygiene and safety reasons, trimmed insoles are not eligible for return.

Important:
Always confirm fit using our Size Guide before trimming.

90-Day Craftsmanship Guarantee

If your Step Guardian insoles develop a genuine manufacturing defect within 90 days of delivery, we will replace them free of charge.

Covered defects include:

  • AirTag compartment failure
  • Material separation
  • Manufacturing flaws

To qualify, simply email us your order number and a photo of the issue.

This does not cover:

  • Normal wear from daily walking
  • Damage from washing machines, dryers, or heat
  • Accidental damage or misuse

What We Stand Behind

We guarantee:

  • The quality of our materials
  • The security of the AirTag compartment
  • That your insoles will arrive as described
  • That our support team responds within 24 hours

What We Do Not Control

Because Step Guardian works with Apple AirTag and Apple’s Find My network, we cannot guarantee:

  • AirTag performance
  • Apple Find My network coverage
  • Apple software or battery life
  • Phone or iCloud related issues

Apple AirTags are covered under Apple’s own warranty.

Refund & Return Terms

  • Refunds must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Returns must be untrimmed and in original condition
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective
  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after the return is received
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns showing clear signs of extended use or abuse

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered.
